What I offer

One-on-one coaching
 $25 a session or $60 for 3 sessions or $100 for 6 sessions
 I will coach you on how to go from where you are now to where you want to go as well as answer any questions you have. Sessions are 45 minutes.

Specialized Video training
 $15
 Have a meeting coming up and you want to add some zing? How about a 10-20 minute video geared toward your team for your specific needs?

Specialized On-site Training
 One Day- $250 (plus reimbursement for travel. If overnight, provide a hotel or host home. You may need to provide some printed materials and other items for the event depending on what you want.)
 Add second day for $100 (I view your ministry time and debrief one on one or with core team. I will be able to assess your status, answer vital questions about your ministry and help you come up with a plan to take your ministry to the next level.)
 --Make this an Appreciation event as well for only $50 more.
BEST DEAL: This training will be specialized to equip, empower and encourage your team through fun, relationship building, leadership training and vision casting. This day can look a number of different ways: a large group session with break outs, a core team training and then all team, an all day event with lunch and snacks provided... really, whatever works best for you! Make it extra special by loving on your team!

About Me

Hi! My name is Tiffany and I'm a wife to Andrew. We are high school sweethearts and have been together for 14 years and married for almost 8 of those. We knew we wanted to have a family so as soon as we bought our first home, about 7 years ago, we started trying to have a family. It was a long, tough journey full of many losses and heart break. After the final miscarriage, we totally surrendered to God and said that we are going to fully live in the moment of where He had us. Wouldn't you know it that we were pregnant again within a few months and I'm so happy to say that we are now proud parents of our 1 year old baby girl, Ava Joy. But the blessings of parenthood doesn't stop there! Just a few short months after having her, we found out we were pregnant AGAIN! And anytime now, we will have our second child and we can't wait to meet him or her. God's faithfulness and His promises are so good and as rough as the journey was, it's made us who we are today.  (UPDATE: We had our baby BOY, Henry, mid July!)

I've been a children's pastor on staff at a handful of different churches and just recently made the transition to a new ministry, after having been on staff at a church for 6 years. It's exciting and scary starting on a new journey but we are excited to partner together with another new, small church to help take them to the next level and love on a new team and new set of kids!

I've been serving in ministry for over 20 years and been on staff for 15 of those at both small and large churches. I've worked at well established churches as well as brand new ones starting from scratch and helping to grow the kids ministry to over 100 kids in a short time.

I absolutely love and have a passion for raising up and developing leaders, taking ministries to the next level, coaching and doing onsites. Anything that I have learned in ministry, I want to pass along to continue to grow ministries all over the United States.
