What I offer
One-on-one coaching
 $25 a session or $60 for 3 sessions or $100 for 6 sessions
I will coach you on how to go from where you are now to where you want to go as well as answer any questions you have. Sessions are 45 minutes.

Specialized Video training
 $15
Have a meeting coming up and you want to add some zing? How about a 10-20 minute video geared toward your team for your specific needs?

Specialized On-site Training
One Day- $250 (plus reimbursement for travel. If overnight, provide a hotel or host home. You may need to provide some printed materials and other items for the event depending on what you want.) *If you live in a 6 hour radius to Indianapolis, I will drive!
Add second day for $100 (I view your ministry time and debrief one on one or with core team. I will be able to assess your status, answer vital questions about your ministry and help you come up with a plan to take your ministry to the next level.)
--Make this an Appreciation event as well for only $50 more.
BEST DEAL: This training will be specialized to equip, empower and encourage your team through fun, relationship building, leadership training and vision casting. This day can look a number of different ways: a large group session with break outs, a core team training and then all team, an all day event with lunch and snacks provided... really, whatever works best for you! Make it extra special by loving on your team!

I understand ministries have varying budgets... don't let that stop you from contacting me and we can work something out! Let's start this journey together.

How does the video specialized trainings work?

What happens is you let me know of any specific ways that your team needs encouraged and I will do an appreciation/encouragement with scripture at the beginning just pumping them up and letting them know that they are awesome. Then, if you want, I can do a team activity as an icebreaker. Then you let me know if there's anything specific that they need trained on--such as how to discipline, have better small group time, how to be a better leader, how to know which kind of leader you are, how to reach kids more effectively, how to get participation, what to wear, what to read, how to be spurred on if they are feeling stressed out, how to be a better team player, how to get the most out of the service, how to go to the next level, etc. --- then I will do a teaching on how to make those things happen and incorporate an activity with it. (I can also create notes to go along with it for everyone to follow along). After the training, we do a prayer and then they are encouraged to discuss what stuck out to them and how to be better.

Cool right??

SKYPE LIVE!

I'm now offering training via me coming to your physical location, through video trainings and also now through LIVE SKYPE!

This will make the training more interactive and allow for questions and answers and "meeting" each other face to face!

How much???? $40!

If you are interested in hearing more, don't hesitate to contact me!

Need a fundraiser that requires no work and costs $5?

Buy some twine, 100 clothespins, and 100 brightly colored envelopes and a permanent marker.

Number 100 envelopes 1-100 and hang them up on the twine with the clothespins.

Cast your vision of why you're raising funds and then ask people to grab an envelope of their choice.

They then give the amount listed on the envelope.

If all 100 envelopes are taken and that amount is given, you raise....

$5,050 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There you have it--- the Envelope Fundraiser!

My recruiting secret...

Relationships!!! Have a strong vision. Cast it to current team. Have a number of the goal you want to meet then put names next to the numbers as a group. Then assign the current team to people who ask within a certain amount of time. Remind them that "most people will serve if just asked."  And remind them it's ok to hear no--- but ask. When people say yes or they want to know more, ask the potential team members to do a 3 week challenge where for 3 weeks in a row they check out one or multiple areas of the ministry that THEY choose. At the end of the 3 week challenge, you ask if they really enjoyed an area and would like to try it exclusively for 3 more weeks. At the end of that 3 weeks, evaluate again seeing if that's their sweet spot or if they want to try another area. Do this until they choose what they would like and ask them to commit for 3 months with no strings attached. At the end of the 3 months, if they don't feel it's the best fit for them, then help them find the place they best fit in the church to serve. The goal is to have everyone using their gifts to serve-- children's ministry or not. When people serve in their sweet spot and choose their area, they are happier and will see it as such a blessing to get the opportunity to serve!

Simple Outreach Idea

Want to live for the other persons good while inviting others to church?

Create "just a little something extra to remind you that God loves you" cards. That's on the front and simply the church info on the back.

Then give them out generously to everyone at church. Encourage them to go through drive thrus and pay for the person behind them, asking the cashier to just give them the card. (We did this at Starbucks and it continued for 43 cars! People just loving on others by living for their good!)

Also to tip generously at restaurants and leave the cards and also pay for another families meal on your way out, leaving a card. Maybe pay for the persons groceries behind you?

Let's live for the other persons good!

My favorite games for kids and teams

Finger pull: everyone stands in a circle with their left hand out to their side pointing their finger and their right hand out to the side with palm open facing up. Everyone lays their pointed finger in the open palm next to them. When you say go, they try to move their finger so it's not grabbed but also try to grab a finger :)

Poop deck; http://youthleaderstash.com/2010/03/26/poop-deck/

And for a few on stage;
Temper tantrum: two people battle it out to see who can throw The biggest fit which is monitored by them wearing pedometers and it goes for one minute :)
